High precision correcting is possible with injecting liquids to flange pockets based on the data detected by New balancebector.

Dynamic balance is corrected with injecting water during rotation.

On-the-machine measurement can be done without unloading the workpiece by installing precision touch probe measurement unit.
You can use it equivalent to the quality of the latest 3D measuring device, when you mount it on a high precision machine.

On-the-machine straightness measurement

You can measure and re-grind the workpiece without unloading.
This system makes it easy to measure straightness, and reduces a lot of time to measure.
It can be the device with only “deviation measurement” function.
Measurement of large size workpieces (like T-die, gauge) on the machine will become much easier.

The principle of a sequential three-point measuring method

Measuring method which uses 3 non-contact displacement sensors and a short reference gauge.


Evaluation of straightness accuracy and deviation

Absolute form is measured with a reference gauge and its error is 0.33μm/ 1 m (measurement pitch 75 mm) and 0.77μm/ 3 m (measurement pitch 150 mm).
You can easily measure workpieces (like T-die, gauge) without a reference gauge by “deviation component measurement”

Roundness measuring system

You can measure roundness using this unit.
