Test machining
Test machining aimed at selecting facilities is available at free of charge. Please try and check Nagase super-precision machines. For details of available machines and measuring units for test machining, click here.
Open laboratory
We also accept manufacture and machining of die cores and parts aimed at trial manufacture or research. We have a good track record with micro processing and large work machining. You may only use our facilities as well. Please consult Nagase with any inquiries or for advice.
Sale of tools and peripheral equipment
We offer appropriate grinding wheels, grinding fluid and oil required for mirror finishing and contouring, as well as various peripheral equipment required for super-precision machining of precision vises, and make a proposal for the optimum machining solutions. Please feel free to consult Nagase sales division.
Technical information
here is a premium club targeted at those involved in super-precision machining. We release information periodically through semi-annual technical magazines, etc. We also plan special events and seminars targeted only at members. Admission is free.
