1.High Reciprocating Machining with Long Strokes
Accurate and efficient machining of long workpieces is possible.

The machine has a machining area of "300 x 150mm" and achieves ultra-high speed and low-vibration reverse rotations of the table at maximum of 400 reverse rotations/minute (at the stroke of 100mm), achieving unprecedented accuracy and efficiency.

Highly accurate and efficient machining at ultra-high reverse rotation speed is possible.

2.Deep Grooving at Narrow Pitches Is Easy.

High reciprocating machining by high-speed reverse rotation of the table and micro infeed of the grinding wheel is also effective for the comb blade shape of tie bar cut and punch. This machining prevents the effect of wear on the grinding wheel and finishes workpieces accurately.

3.A Variety of Contouring by Automatic Tilting of the Grinding Wheel Head

The grinding wheel head is automatically tilted in units of 1° (max. 10° downward and 3° upward). Machining of work side plane is also possible. This function is effective in contouring.

Mirror surface grinding is possible with no chipping even for thin workpieces.

4.Reduction of Working Time with CCD On-the-Machine Measurement

Use of the CCD on-the-machine measurement unit (optional) enables automatic measurement of the workpiece contour shape. It reduces the work setup change procedure and contributes to the reduction of working time and enhances accuracy.

Repeatability of less than ±0.1μm and shape measurement accuracy of less than ±1μm can be achieved.

5.Ultra-Precision Small-Size Indexing Unit Eases Accurate Index Machining

Mounting the optional super-precision small-size indexing unit enables accurate machining of parts such as carbide serration punches and master gears that require indexing.

6.Stable Machining Accuracy by Suppressing the Effect of Ambient Temperature Change

A smart THERMONICS function for preventing the effect of temperature change is mounted to suppress the effect of temperature change inside and outside the machine and construct a stable machining system.
