Capable of Micro Machining such as Cross Prisms on Large Roll Workpiece.

Roll micro machining (micro roll grooving) is the cutting of a submicron to micrometer periodic structure on the surface of a workpiece on a roll, such as NiP, with a diamond turning tool. Typical examples include linear and cross-prism processing of high-performance film. In cross-prism machining, where multiple grooves intersect, the pitch must not shift over a long processing time. NAGASE's micro roll processing machines achieve outstanding repeatability and stability.
