Responds to The Ultimate Precision Required for T-Die and Master Gauge Manufacturing.

Straightness grinding (straightness machining) is the process of finishing the surface of a workpiece straight using a grinding wheel. Straightness is defined as the amount of deviation from a geometrically correct straight line in three dimensions and is required for T-die and slit die machining, regrinding, master gauging, and precision machine part manufacturing.
NAGASE's corporate concept of "Ultimate Zero" is derived from the manufacturing of "Machines with precision close to zero" with respect to these geometric tolerances.
