For High-Precision Machining of Round and Flat Workpieces such as Industrial Knives, Spacers, Ceramics, etc.

Rotary surface grinding refers to a grinding process that uses a rotary table among those that use a grinding wheel to machine the flat surface of a workpiece. Vertical-axis and horizontal-axis systems are available and are used for highly efficient machining of circular and square flat workpieces. Of these, NAGASE mainly manufactures large high-precision horizontal rotary surface grinding machine. No other machine but NAGASE is capable of consistently machining nano-order surface roughness and parallelism/flatness of less than 1μm, despite its large size.
