For Thin and Deep Grooving of Tie-Bar Cut Punches, Connector Terminals, etc.

Micro grinding (deep grooving and thin grooving) is the process of putting narrow-pitch, even or uneven groove shapes into a workpiece using a grinding wheel generally formed 1 mm or less in width. Used for tie-bar cutting punches for semiconductor leadframes and cavi-cores for connector terminals. NAGASE's forming surface grinding machine use high-reciprocating form grinding machine and a newly developed smart grooving function to achieve this process, which was previously performed by craftsmen, with high precision, high efficiency, and economy.
