The Mirror Surface, Achievable Only Through "Polishing", is Made Possible by Precision Machine "Grinding".

Mirror surface grinding (mirror finishing) is a process in which fine abrasive grains are used to uniformly finish the unevenness of a workpiece's surface to a nano-order level.
Generally, a surface roughness of Rz 200 nm or less can be achieved to create a mirror-like, cloudless surface.
NAGASE's ultra-precision grinders have made it possible to create mirror surfaces by "grinding" with a machine, whereas in the past it was only possible to create mirror surfaces by "polishing" over time. Please take a look at the examples of ultra-precision grinding processes around the world that have popularized the concept of "mirror surface grinding" and are still evolving.
