Internal gear grinding is the process of grinding the internal tooth profile of a cylindrical workpiece using a grinding wheel. Furthermore, the entrance of carbide dies used for drawing dies, etc., has a free-form curved surface, which could only be finished by hand polishing in the past. NAGASE's Multiprofiler enables machining of these free-form internal gear. Simultaneous 4-axis control grinding makes it possible to manufacture carbide mold parts with uniform shape and quality.
